Frank + Co. Construction is a specialized framing company located in Southern Ontario. We work with building companies, designers, architects and homeowners to provide a custom carpentry experience. We are always available to answer questions, collaborate with other trades and play an active role in the building process while working on a project. We specialize in radius work, conventional roof assemblies, structural steel, tall wall construction, high-performance homes and intricate plan details.

Our Team

Frank Musso

Frank Musso is the Owner/Operator of Frank + Co. Construction. Frank is a Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter with 15+ years of carpentry and construction experience. Frank began his passion for carpentry by building wooden boats with his Father. From this experience Frank continued to follow his passion and began his construction career. Drawing from his combined experience with Custom Home Building across Ontario, Commercial Projects and West Coast construction, Frank + Co. provides a unique building experience. Frank promises to bring passion and “honesty in craftsmanship” to all of his projects.

Matt Cote

Matt is our Site Manager at Frank + Co. Construction. His experience in the Construction Industry began as a Wood Carver’s Assistant as a teenager from there he worked for a Historic Millwork Company as a Painter/Finisher/Installer most projects located in New York City. Matt is an essential part of the Frank + Co. Team. Matt brings professionalism and organization to every project.

Sara Nunziato

Sara is our Creative Director at Frank + Co. Construction. Sara brings unique experience to our Construction Team. Sara worked in Social Work for 8+ years. Following her passion for construction, Sara acquired her Interior Design Diploma in Vancouver, British Columbia. Sara is studying to become our Construction Project Manager and obtain her Gold Seal Certification. Sara brings integrity to every project and is the woman behind the scenes at Frank + Co.

Greg McIntyre

Greg is our Lead Hand at Frank + Co. Construction. Greg is a graduate of Niagara College’s Construction Technology Program and has experience as a Crew Lead creating custom decks, fences, pergolas, garden sheds and pool houses. Greg has a passion for carpentry which began at a young age and continues to learn about joinery and furniture making. Greg brings his positive attitude and work ethic to every project.

Our lead hands have strong backgrounds ranging from working on historical restoration projects in New York City to leading custom landscape designs across the Niagara Region. Our apprentices graduated from their class with honours and together they bring talent, trust and skill to all job sites. Our reliable and professional team is the foundation of our company.
